Upgrade from Shadow Glow to Shadow Glow Pro? Upgrade has never been easier, you just need to unplug the old led strips and replace them with the new ones, swap the old controller box with the new one and you are set. the relay and the switch are the same for both kits and you don't need to change them if they are in a good working manner.
Will the Shadow Glow Kit work on my SUV or truck? Yes, our led strips are designed to be bright enough to bring glow to your build no matter if you have a lowered sports car or a lifted truck.
How durable and waterproof are the led strips? Our strips boast IP68+ waterproofing and durability typical of flexible LED strips! Unlike others using silicone sleeves (IP65/IP67), we go the extra mile by filling those sleeves with silicone, ensuring our strips are not just water-resistant but also durable.
Are these kits pre-cut to length? Absolutely not! We take pride in offering a comprehensive plug & play underglow kit with various length options! This ensures our customers enjoy a seamlessly fitting and reliable kit without the hassle of cutting or modifications. If you can't find the desired length of led strips don't worry, we fabricate our kits, simply shoot us a message on Instagram (@shadowglow.shop) and we can manufacture your kit according to your specific needs.
Can I control the underglow with my phone? Certainly! Our kits are Bluetooth-enabled and can be controlled through a dedicated app, offering 200 pre-programmed color chase modes and unlimited solid colors!
How are the LED strips connected? Each LED strip comes with a connector at the end for accessibility. Designed for convenience, you can unplug each strip when needed, whether for body panel removal, accessing a specific part of the car or if you need a replacement strip.
What if I damage an LED strip? Accidents happen, and we get it! We offer individual replacement strips for easy swapping. If you damage a strip, replacing it is as simple as ordering a replacement, unplugging the old strip, sticking on the new one, and plugging it back in!
How are the kits powered? Battery or cigarette port? Our kit directly connects to the battery terminals! Unlike other kits that often drain batteries, the Shadow Glow Kit features a relay, fuse, and switch harness, allowing you to cut off the main power and prevent battery drain.
Do you ship internationally? Absolutely! While we do ship internationally, be aware that importing a product from another country may incur import duties/fees.
Is there a warranty? Absolutely! We provide a 1-year warranty for any proven defective products. Keep in mind that misuse, damage, or incorrect installation are not covered. We rigorously test all our underglow kits before shipping. If you believe you've received a defective product, email us at support@shadowglow.shop.
Refunds? Yes and No. Used/installed Shadow Glow Kits are non-refundable. However, if the kit is still new in the box, our refund policy extends to 50 days from the date of ordering
